I am hooked on working with candy clay aka: Moulding Chocolate. This cake is covered with fondant but all the deocrations are made of moulding chocolate.
I just found out about this a few months ago and I totally agree!! It's so much fun and tastes better than fondant. Your animals are simply adorable, and I love your colors!!
